(New York, NY - November 9, 2023) – Today, Jung Kook, the global superstar, took center stage at TSX Entertainment, the first permanent stage located in the heart of Times Square, with an electrifying performance. Styled in Calvin Klein, Jung Kook and his dancers gave fans a mesmerizing show, treating them to several songs from his debut solo album, GOLDEN, released on Friday, November 3rd.

Jung Kook’s album features 11 songs, with notable guest appearances from artists such as Jack Harlow, Latto, Major Lazer and DJ Snake. The project includes the track "Yes or No," co-written by Ed Sheeran, and "Hate You," which saw the creative involvement of Shawn Mendes. Recently, Jung Kook's song "Seven (feat. Latto)” set a new Spotify record as the fastest song to achieve 1 billion streams in the platform's history.

The event was made possible by presenting partners Xbox, Calvin Klein, Hilton, as well as a partnership between TSX Entertainment, Jung Kook, BIGHIT MUSIC, Geffen Records, Times Square Alliance, and the city of New York. Attendance at the live event was free, allowing fans to be a part of this historic moment.

Lucky fans who tuned in globally on Xbox’s twitch channel had the chance to win Custom Jung Kook Xbox Series X consoles and also score themselves Game Pass codes to play their next favorite game. Prior to his performance, Xbox showcased characters from games in the Xbox Game Pass catalog that were shared by fans on TSX Entertainment’s 18,000 sq. ft. digital screen.
